Returns & Exchanges

At Kizer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
